All products are handmade, so size, texture, and color details may differ slightly from the photographs.

Ready-made products are paid for with Stripe Checkout or PayPal. Custom pieces begin with a request and a separate agreement on price, timing, and materials.

Order status is visible in the customer account. Returns or exchanges are handled individually by writing to the contact email.
